All stock items are shipped within 2-3 business days of receipt of order. Credit cards are not charged until merchandise is ready for shipment. If paying by check shipment will take place when check has been received and cleared from the bank. You will be notified in a timely fashion of any backorders.
Shipping is done by either U.S. Postal Service or UPS. There will be an additional charge for shipments outside the United States. Any duties/custom fees charged are the responsibility of the buyer. We will confirm any additional shipping costs with you before processing your order.
No refunds, exchanges or returns accepted on custom ordered jewelry. Please allow at least 10 days for all custom jewelry orders to be shipped. Please note, credit cards will be charged before all custom orders go into production.
Refund Policy
Customers are responsible for all shipping on returned items. We do not accept returns on any items after 10 days of receipt of merchandise. Merchandise must be returned in original packing and in satisfactory condition. No refunds are allowed. We will issue a store credit on any items returned as noted above.
